Welcome to Marvel. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Marvel mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information, including a valid mobile number, when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App; users under 18 should use it with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraud or misuse.
2. Products and prices
- We do our best to display products, images, descriptions and prices accurately. Minor differences in packaging or color may occur.
- Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- Products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to replace it, remove it from the order, or cancel the order.
3. Orders and delivery
- An order is confirmed once it is accepted by the store. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and are shown before you confirm the order.
- Delivery times shown in the App are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or high demand.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
4. Payment
- You can pay cash on delivery, online by card through our payment provider, or using your wallet balance.
- Online orders are confirmed only after the payment succeeds. Orders whose payment is not completed within the allowed time are cancelled automatically.
- We do not store your card details; they are processed securely by the payment provider.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
- You can cancel an order from the App before it is delivered.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal-care products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or not as ordered.
- If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
- Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method or to your wallet. Bank processing times may apply.
6. Wallet, points and promo codes
- Wallet balance can only be used to pay for orders inside the App and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be redeemed according to the rules shown in the App (such as a minimum and maximum number of points per order).
- Promo codes are subject to their own conditions (validity, minimum order, number of uses) and cannot be combined unless stated.
- We may modify or end the points and promotions programs, and we may cancel balances, points or discounts obtained through fraud or misuse.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including placing fake orders, abusing promotions, harassing stores or delivery drivers, interfering with the App’s operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content in the App, including the Marvel name, logo, design and software, is owned by Marvel or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product brands belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the App or by contacting us. See how to delete your account.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continuing to use the App after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
